REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AlphaDrive Sports, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

2. Return Process

1. Email us at support@alphadrivesports.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

3. You may be asked to ship the item to our return address.

 

3. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently allow exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
